I Love your Appreciation & just the love for Noivern!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To be honest at that time, we would've actually gotten more for Noivern as during an interview about XY&Z when still airing, we were indeed going to get more, but due to sm already getting a timeslot for its season, they had to cut Many XY&Z EP ideas!!! Despite not getting the chance & time to shine more, Ash's Noivern is one of my Favs!!!! And If it's ok to be honest & speak my opinion, I hope that for in Pokemon Horizons that a future Liko catch would be Noibat~Noivern. To me, Liko needs a Pokemon that has Great Mobility and/or can Fly to be ridden on. Liko really needs a way to quickly evade the Explorers if they try to capture her again; from either being chased from their air like Amethio & his subordinates did or caught in Spinel's cornering traps (and have a better way of reach for next time when rechallenging Rayquaza). I mean the little guy starts out as a cute Noibat & evolves into a cool fierce-looking Noivern!!!! With Noivern's flight & power, it'd be a reckoning force (AND give us fans a bit of redemption in honor of Ash's Noivern). > Plus as extra pointss: since Liko's team likes napping, I could see it napping upside down above the team. And if to match a bit of her theme of connection, with Noibat & Noivern's hearing, it could really be a pokemon that will really Listen to you & could help Liko let out her Inner Voice!!!!!! Also I thought Noivern's Turquoise color could pair well with Liko's Blue Colors. And it'd be a cool pair with Noivern as next "jet-black" Sky Racer Hero to Moltres; as well as I figured a fierce-looker to Liko's team will boost her image- the Explorers underestimate Liko to get her for Terapagos. But once her team grows (like with a Fierce-looking Dragon), they'll think twice Liko is weak or easy

While technically Gliscor is Ash's pokemon and Ash acted like a father for him, it also had Dawn acting as its caring mother throughout the DP. In comparison to poke and amour pearl is quite underestimated despite Ash and Dawn being literally the parents of almost all their pokemon. You have the image how happy their human children would be just by looking at Gliscor, Piplup and others.

Ash's Kalos team is one of my favourite to use in the games, one of the others to use was Hoenn

Tbh when we think about how ash battles Torterra and Torkoal for that matter are VERY different to what ash is used to.Hinestly i feel like if Brock mentored him on how to actually USE slower bulky pokemon (He has an onix and a bunch of geodudes so hes perfect) and thn have Ash figure out hiw to combine the 2 battle tyle woulve bem amazing.Both of Ash as a battler and Torterra as a pokemon

Personally, regardless of what others might say, I think Noivern was a pretty good Pokémon. It was really just against Pokémon that had a bit more advantage. The fact that it managed to tie with a Pseudo in he semi finals of the league imo shows how strong it is. I really wish though it was caught before Ash went to face he 6th gym and trained it a bit more.

The parenting theme was very strong in DP. Ash and Dawn not only acted like parents, but they freaking _adopted_ Paul's Chimchar. Just look how the parents and their pokemon children welcomed him after the tag battle tournament and ever since.

Loved seeing Meltan and eventually Melmetal. Seeing Ash have it is so cool i hope we see it again in the future in the gmax form as i think it was a missed opportunity not to have had a battle in Galar potentially with the form. It was a fun addition to the team one i didn't expect for sure!

I think this battle and dianthas battle meant to show how busted leon really is his rillaboom soloeing her team and his charizard being that op truly showed that how before ash he was leaps and bounds more powerful than every other trainer in the whole world

The fact that Noivern and Hawlucha being like brothers, he's not a bad pokemon at all, if Ash trains him more he would be one of his stronger flying types, he would learn more moves like Hurricane, Draco Meteor and Iron Tail to fight against ice types, the creators should make him a better development but great work checking his character.

Perhaps after the complete history of Ash’s Rowlett, you can cover Rowlett’s rival Hau’s Decidueye, as it would complete the set of the three main rivals Ash’s Alolan team had. Litten/Torracat/Incineroar’s rivalry with Professor Kukui’s Incineroar, Rockruff/Lycanroc’s rivalry with Gladion’s Lycanroc and Rowlett’s rivalry with Hau’s Decidueye.

For those talking about Mega Charizard X “being weak” against Leon’s Charizard: Leon and Charizard have been training for YEARS together. Alain and his Charizard have been together since the XY Series. Big time difference and the fact that it shows in their power levels. That Ancient Power clearly dip chip Damage to X, and floored it with a Dragon Pulse. He didn’t even need Gigantimax Charizard for this. Mega Charizard X only countered with one move- Dragon Claw- and still lost because Leon’s Charizard was stronger. You can even see that split second look in X’s face: “Ah. That’s why he didn’t Gigantimax.”

The bond between Noivern and Hawlucha was well written by how the luchador Pokémon took the young bat Pokémon under his wing and how Noibat saved Hawlucha from Zapodos. Evolving into Noivern and avenging him from his defeat by the legendary bird, which was certainly a highlight for Noivern.

Noivern is such an underrated pokemon, which gamefreak wanted to forgot after his evolution, to focus on Goomy and Greninja stories. He could easily win agains Metang if not plot and don't fainting after first hyper beam, but he has a role of Hawlucha's cheer leader, that's sad. He fought against pseudo legendary and legendary, having tie and win. BUT WHY Ash never used him in gyms. Noivern is a very poweful pokemon, but Ash was using him in the worst situations: against ice type Weavile, against Clawitzer, that isn't dragon type, but knows dragon attack and against Metang, which I think only one fair fight. He could use him in so many other battles, where he could give Ash easy wins, but instead Ash was flexing with Greninja. I very like XY, but this thing maybe the only one I don't like in it. Also Noivern is my favorite pokemon ever and I have lvl 100 one in sword, where I always visit him and I very wait for him in Unite

I think Ash’s Noivern was good I liked its Brotherly bond with Hawlucha but I wish Noivern got more wins in the series I wish the Kalos league was not rushed then we could’ve been Noivern get wins in the the earlier round before the quarter finals also Noivern should’ve learned another Move instead of Acrobatics as it is more of a Special attacker and next do Hawalucha to complete the Kalos team.

I love these Breakdown videos, they do a great job of highlighting the emotional moments and power of animation. I appreciate the inclusion of the character growth moments, not just solid combat stats. Always look forward to a new one popping up on my feed.
